To Be Fair...Their Strengths..they take money well, they are good at cashing checks, they can talk a good game, when something doesn't get fixed the first time they can find a new imaginary problem to charge you...
Their WEAKNESSES, rude, don't return phone calls, take forever to repair, needs a remodeling bad and it smells in there, sends back your stuff in the same condition...broken!!!
There are 2 old relics that can barely give you the time of day when you come in for assistance. The owner acts like he is Donald Trump...too important to be bothered to explain or call you back. This is an old Ma and Pa operation that is a dinosaur in Mokena. Look elsewhere!
