I always have my mowers serviced at J&R sales in mokena. they have a helpful and friendly staff who do what they can to answer my questions. they dont always have an answer for me...

To Be Fair...Their Strengths..they take money well, they are good at cashing checks, they can talk a good game, when something doesn't get fixed the first time they can find a new...

Doctor K hit it right on ! The owner and his wife have to be the rudest people that own a business. The owner has one eye (really....he has one eye ) and talks down to everyone who questions his workmanship ( if you can call it that ) STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS. more

Very Nice And Honest 1/20/2012

I always have my mowers serviced at J&R sales in mokena. they have a helpful and friendly staff who do what they can to answer my questions. they dont always have an answer for me but they guide me in the right direction. they are always priced fair and really know what theyre doing. i never worry about the repairs because they warranty everything they fix and sell. they dont use any cheap foriegn made parts or equiptment. they help me when i need it. i always get my equiptment returned to me in a timely fashion i highly reccomend J&R sales in mokena for repairs and selling quality products. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! more

Stay Away! Bad NEWS!!! 6/1/2011

To Be Fair...Their Strengths..they take money well, they are good at cashing checks, they can talk a good game, when something doesn't get fixed the first time they can find a new imaginary problem to charge you... Their WEAKNESSES, rude, don't return phone calls, take forever to repair, needs a remodeling bad and it smells in there, sends back your stuff in the same condition...broken!!! There are 2 old relics that can barely give you the time of day when you come in for assistance. The owner acts like he is Donald Trump...too important to be bothered to explain or call you back. This is an old Ma and Pa operation that is a dinosaur in Mokena. Look elsewhere! more
