This place is quite ghetto-looking. The first time I took my daughter there, we had a pleasant experience. Six months later we returned for a routine check up and had an awful experience. The male assistant was extremely rude and impatient with my 3 year old daughter. She was getting x-rays for the first time and didn't understand what was going on. The male assistant was pretty aggressive and almost yelling at her! That fueled her fear even more. The female assistant was relatively polite, but both were grabbing her face and telling her what to do with great impatience in their voices. They clearly do NOT know how to handle young children. I am calling tomorrow to file my complaint and cancel the 6 month check up. Absurd treatment to a frightened 3 year old.
