If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Avoid this place at all cost!! I had clear retainers made and I requested them to ship my retainers. The retainers did not fit well the first time. So I had to return to redo the molding. However it has been 2 MONTHS since my redo and I have not received my retainers. I have called and left messages. And each time they've given me an excuse. First they said that they have already mailed them to me and now they won't even talk to me. more

This place is quite ghetto-looking. The first time I took my daughter there, we had a pleasant experience. Six months later we returned for a routine check up and had an awful experience. The male assistant was extremely rude and impatient with my 3 year old daughter. She was getting x-rays for the first time and didn't understand what was going on. The male assistant was pretty aggressive and almost yelling at her! That fueled her fear even more. The female assistant was relatively polite, but both were grabbing her face and telling her what to do with great impatience in their voices. They clearly do NOT know how to handle young children. I am calling tomorrow to file my complaint and cancel the 6 month check up. Absurd treatment to a frightened 3 year old. more

I took my family on a Tuesday evening and they were able to get us all in after I got off work. The staff was great with my two little girls and they loved the dentist! I thought we were going to have to wait long since it was evening hours but it wasn't bad at all. I highly recommend this place and we will be back in 6 months when it's time for another cleaning. more

Wow. I just got off the phone with a rude person from this practice. She is in HR, her name is Shakeshia Edwards of All American Smile in Carrollton. All I ask was some questions before sending my resume out for a position that they inquired me for. I wanted to see how was their customer service and politeness towards the public, community, and etc., over the phone. Apparently, she was apprehensive of telling me how long she has been with the practice, then she just hanged up on me. That was not good public manners. I've been in this industry more than 4 years, here's a RULE OF THUMB for everyone: If a practice treats employees bad, then most likely they are going to treat the patients bad and give poor quality of service. This is called the domino effects of mean upper management = stress out employees = bad service to public. BEWARE when going to this practice for a job or as a patient. They have other locations as well. Stay clear away. PS.... Trust the dental assistants, they see everything. more

Being a mom. it was great to go into a dental office where it was in and out and especially getting the kids in earlier to school. And come to find out they are open late so now we will make our appointments after school. more

I had the worst toothache last week, so i went here cause its close to home! i thought it would be super expensive. I dont qualify for medicaid, because I work ... but i dont make enough money to buy insurance. I WAS SO HAPPY that they could give me a payplan :)))))) anyways the prices were affordable and i can make payments on the work i get. The staff was friendly, the doctors were AWESOME! they had like a multicultural thing going on <3 more

This is a fraudulent dental office. they charge you and your insurace for the job that they never done. they know that their patients never come back for the second time so they targeting new customers. if you don't want headache, never go to this dental facility and never give them your social security number and they continue to charge you, besides, you never get the good treatment and all you get is bill!, i never forget the experience i had from this facility. more

These people are racist. They do not like white people. Since the entire company (with the exception of the owner) is hispanic, this is how they market their business in an effort to appeal to a larger patient base (including whitepeople, even though they don't like you they are cool with taking your money). They will hire a white girl to do a (English) radio commercial in order to expand their clientele to white people to get their money. Then, after telling the white girl how good a job she is doing, they treat her badly to try to force her to quit in an effort to reduce payroll since they no longer are running the English commercial. After refusing to quit, because she was thankful to be employed despite the hardships on the job, they find an arbitrary reason to fire her even after they assure her that she is doing a great job and they are happy to have her as part of the team! Don't feel bad unsatisfied patients for you are not alone. They treat their white employees just as bad as they treat you. On the flipside, if you are hispanic and cant speak english well enough to address a public audience of white people on the air, this might be your dream job. Why do you think of the 17 posts on here 2 were positive and the rest horrible? The reason is that 1 of the positive reviews was definitely fake and made by an employee or someone who has a vested interest in this company, and the other was from someone needed service from someone who speaks spanish? This company is horrible. You should not affiliate yourself in anyway. 1 of 2 things will happen here. Either you will be totally screwed as an employee, or your mouth will get rotten and hurt really bad as a patient. more

i started taking my kids to this dentist about six months ago . at the time our insurance was medicaid with covers most procedures. While we were on medicaid my daughter had to have two root canals one on each side. the dentist didn't ask me if i wanted them to just fill the teeth after the procedure or place a crown they just decided to fill it in for some odd reason and place a crown on the other side. needles to say that one simple proceedure has been six monthes of hell.they have made appointment's for me and not called me to they made the appointment which led them to charge me for missed appointments that i refused to pay for. It took them at least three months to get her crown put in because they didn't give me the right info or made the appointment without telling me so she had to be re evaluated for the crown 3 times and each time they didn't put wax over her braces so the mold got stuck in her braces which was very costly to fix and took forever to get them to pay for the repairs. om top of all thayt the tooth they decided to fill in without consulting me needed a crown because thats the tooth that the band for her braces went on and i eneded up paying 800 dollars because at that piont we were off of medicaid. If they would have consulted me like they were supposed to i wouldnt be out that money. on several occations we sat in the waiting room never seeing any one for hours only to get told we would have to come back. on one occation i had to argue about the where to put the spacers in my daughters mouth so the rest of her braces could be installed.. the problems go on rude employees, problems with there records and alot of employees that dont no what they are doing. its a nightmare!!!!!! i would run from this place as fast as you can more

I'm glad to find this forum because I had a RIDICULOUS experience with this All American Smile Center. I had full insurance coverage and chose it just because it was near to home. Not only would I never go back, but I'm ashamed of myself for not just sitting up, getting out of the chair, and leaving at any given point. Finding no cavities or other problems, but seemingly very excited that I had great insurance coverage that would cover full cost, they talked me into the completely unnecessary pulling of wisdom teeth that were presenting absolutely no problems--statedly: (1) just because insurance would pay for it and (2) just in case I might develop cavities on them later in life. (Yes, I was an idiot.) Then, a staff member screamed in my face (Yes, I'm talking about an extremely loud and increasingly-rising vocal volume and leaning her face into my face for emphasis), repeating the same command that I must quit smoking, over and over--yes, and over--again, in a completely-inappropriate, angry-sounding, unquestionably-condescending tone; while I lay in the exam chair and (even more humiliatingly and inappropriately) in front of my 5-year-old child. It was so ridiculously-shaming and brutal, I almost cried (and I was over 30 years old). To add injury to insult and injury, ha ha, I'm still having trouble with one of the extraction sites and it has been several years since I was there. (The owner had to be the same one I'm hearing of on this forum, though. I was immediately struck by the extremely-long, brightly-polished, sculptured fingernails and concerns about both precision and hygiene.) I was an 'easy mark' and a 'pushover.' Please don't put yourself or your children in harm's way, here. By the way, I agree that this All American Smile Center is ALL about money and that the positive reviews here are quite apparently propaganda. more

I took my daughters to this place and they do not look vary sanitary at all! They wanted to take my daughters wisdom teeth out and it just scared me to death thinking about what they keep their dental tools on! I seen a plastic rolling cart something you would buy from Walmart and it just didnt go over well with me! Pros: Easy to get an appointment Cons: I would be scared of getting infected with something more

yeah this is a small world!!! Because i was also thier when the lady came in wanting to look at her daughters files, because of the infection she had gotten at All American Smile Center, in fact I was the only one their besides the employees, I had been waiting their for a couple of hours...Tammy who is the owner of the location treated this poor lady real awful, I was surprised at the way they had treated her with no respect at all that Tammy lady needs some love in her heart, not in other places she looks like a 60year old woman, with the face of a clown from all the make up she wears, honey even if she has everything fake on her it aint going to give her back her years..don't dwell on it...after Tammy denied and told this woman that it was against the law for her to even show her daughters file to her, she ended up calling the cops on the lady..I felt so awful for the woman that I ended up consoleing her outside with the cops.. All American Smile center has such a bad reputation that even the cops, were saying real bad stuff about this place, they told us that they have been to this location on many occasions once even for one of the staff hitting one of the kids, how bad can this be..makes you wonder what kind of people this tammy lady hires.. OMG! what a small world. i was at the office at the time the lady who said her daughter got an infection. first of all she never even brought her daughter with her. what a concerned parent. then was offered many options, but was to stuck up to agree to them. im all for the ""lady with the fake clevage"" (quate, qoute). Im glad that those people treat my children and explain to me what gets done before treating my children. i am hispanic and feel offended that she made a remark about mexicans. She is probably one of those many who just want to get crazy because of how things didnt go there way. i dont feel Dr.s are idiots expecially if they get to were they are now, or why would they be called Dr.s. Lday appriciate the people who take time on your children, to make sure they get the best results. how old are you? trying to make juvenile insults. ove all GREAT BILLINGUAL STAFF!!!!!!!!! Through out that whole office they play with the kids and have a great dr. who takes time to calm the young patient down to not be scared and give them hugs. well all from what i saw. the wait. yes it is a little long, but its a medicaid office and they make sure they are all taken care of. I TOOK MY DAUGHTER TO GET TREATED BY A BUNCH OF IDIOTS THAT ARE STILL IN SCHOOL....I WAS WAITING FOR 5 HOURS TO GET MY DAUGHTER SEEN!!!! THE NEXT DAY MY DAUGHTER HAD A SERIOUS INFECTION GOING ON, HER LIP WAS BUSTED AND FULL OF PUSS...THEY HAVE AN OLD WITCH AS AN OFFICE MANAGER, SHE THINKS THAT BY GETTING HER FAKE chiches!!!THAT WILL MAKE HER LOOK YOUNG AGAIN.. HAHA!! SHE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, HER YOUNG STAFF HAD BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN HER. THEY GIVE OUT PERSONAL INFO TO ANY ONE WHO CALLS. I made an appointment a week before my schedule and even gave my insurance information. On that day, I was waiting at least 1 hour before I got my x-ray done. Then, I waited again before I was even checked by a dentist for another 30 min. After such, I was given this itemized bill and I even informed them that my dental insurance does cover the preventive visit 100%, the billing person that weekend still insisted that I had to pay for such before leaving the clinic without having my teeth clean. Obviously, they never call to verify my insurance. I even had a hard time getting my x-ray for that year to go to another dentist, we never got it even if it was paid. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CLINIC!!!! Pros: clean, easy scheduling on weekends, enough parking Cons: insurance verification poor, pay bill, no dentist on weekend, x-ray will not be given more

I took my children in to get their teeth filled and the fact that we speak spanish and they were bilingual was a big plus for me. I loved the fact that I could discuss my childrens dental needs in a language that I'm more comfortable with. It also made my chidren less scared. The lady that cleans teeth there is great and I think her name is Anna. She also speaks spanish which was so wonderful. Pros: bilingual good hours more
