Don't even think about dealing with Wasatch Property Management? - ? - 2010-08-27 Just called to find out why my deposit check was never sent out and was told that they couldn't talk to me because it was sent to a collection agency, Knight Adjustment Bureau. They refused to tell me ANYTHING about why they would have done so, balance owed etc. I paid them fully for rent and left the apartment in immaculate condition so there is no reason for this. I called Knight and they had NO record of me either by name or Social Security #. What a joke. The property manager Ricki was ridiculously rude and refused to help at all. As an aside I was in a fully furnished apartment because of a short-term stay in Salt Lake. The finish and build quality for one of their ""model"" units was incredibly poor. I can't imagine what the non ""model"" units looked like. Finally, beware Wasatch Property Management. My friend used to have an apartment at Palladio apartments. He had huge problems including a water main that broke and flooded his apartment. Wasatch owns Palladio and San Moritz and did nothing to make it right for him. I wished I would have put it together that Wasatch was the owner before I stayed at San Moritz because I wouldn't have had I known.
