I can see why other companies are trying to trash the reputation of this one.
My laptop was given me missing or corrupted files the very same day i had to go on a trip. Ed at computer bytes replaced the bad hard drive and reloaded all my software. But there was no time to transfer my files. Ed connected wireless remotely to my laptop and from their server transfer my back up on the way to the air port. I was on time and very happy!
