Considering most tuxedo rental companies offer the same styles, you would be best advised to avoid using samuels limited. The owners of this company are rude, obnoxious, arrogant, and sarcasitic. After watching JOEL, the owners son, ridicule some high school prom goers while they were picking up their tuxedos, I began to realize that he is a sarcastic, arrogant piece of SH..T. I wanted to try on my tux in full, to make sure EVERYTHING was correct, he ridiculed me and said I was acting like A WOMAN. I wanted to beat the hell out of him, but didn't want to miss my wedding. After leaving completely dissatisfied, I had to return the morning of my wedding, with my wedding party to exchange a number of items that did not fit correctly. After meeting more sarcasm and a reluctance from JOEL, I had to confront him about his attitude and behavior. His response was ..""I just want you the HELL out of here.. I don't give a F..CK about your wedding"". This is not the kind of treatment you should receive when you are paying money to be accommodated for any occasion. If it wasn't the morning of my wedding, I would have happily physically assualted JOEL....fortunately I still may get the chance when I do my return...
