The helpful & friendly staff took time to make sure all my guys were sized correctly & happy with the finished product. A last minute shoe & pant size change for my out-of-town best man (my best friend) was easy for this tux shop. I admit my fiancee & I checked out all the shops when it was time to choose tuxes. TUX KING was the only place where the staff seemed to know their stuff. All I have to say is this is the place to go if you need tuxedos for your wedding. My fiance and shopped around extensively and we honestly shouldn't have wasted our time. This place was by far the best. They had the largest selection, nicest store and best prices. We were looking for solid aqua vests with ties to match our bridesmaid dresses and they special ordered exactly what we wanted at no extra cost. Considering most tuxedo rental companies offer the same styles, you would be best advised to avoid using samuels limited. The owners of this company are rude, obnoxious, arrogant, and sarcasitic. After watching JOEL, the owners son, ridicule some high school prom goers while they were picking up their tuxedos, I began to realize that he is a sarcastic, arrogant piece of SH..T. I wanted to try on my tux in full, to make sure EVERYTHING was correct, he ridiculed me and said I was acting like A WOMAN. I wanted to beat the hell out of him, but didn't want to miss my wedding. After leaving completely dissatisfied, I had to return the morning of my wedding, with my wedding party to exchange a number of items that did not fit correctly. After meeting more sarcasm and a reluctance from JOEL, I had to confront him about his attitude and behavior. His response was ..""I just want you the HELL out of here.. I don't give a F..CK about your wedding"". This is not the kind of treatment you should receive when you are paying money to be accommodated for any occasion. If it wasn't the morning of my wedding, I would have happily physically assualted JOEL....fortunately I still may get the chance when I do my return...
