I was recently in this location and had an amazing experience. I had spent a lot of money at the park meadows location years ago and one of the speakers was not working anymore the park meadows location told me I would have to make an appointment and come back another day. I called the Aurora location 303-743-9991 they said bring it down we will get it right in. Since it had been a couple years I figured it was out of warranty and it was going to cost me a bit to get this fixed or replaced. The amazing part was that after they diagnosed that the speaker was blown they informed me that this was one of the few speakers that had a 3 year warrant on it they got it replaced and installed the new one at no charge. While I was waiting the Store Manager happened by and checked on me. We started talking about there detail services and great phone deals. So I did end up paying them some money that day I got a Verizon phone for half what the Verizon store wanted to charge me and I had my cars head lights restored they now look brand new. I had a lot of fun with the people over there and every one was way cool. I would recommend this store to my friends and family
