Car Toys warning do not buy from these people! If you want low prices you sacrifice customer service unfortunately there is no way around it car toys could care less about what a customer means in the long run they just want your money now and don't care if you ever purchase from them in future which I will never do again. There sales reps will out and out lie to get you to buy from them straight up lie. I was sold a phone girl says oh we have this great replacement coverage if anything happens your phone will be covered just bring it back and we will swap it out. Lie you can't bring it back they have you call India and you have to mail it in. Ok fine but that's it right? Nothing I have to do just send it in right? Yes that's it, another lie, turns out there is a 125 dollar deductible so after blowing up at the answering service for these lies I say whatever i need my phone so I have to pay it, well there system is down so they can't take my credit card, so they have to call me back, on a phone I can't answer calls on but they don't care, they got my money in first place who cares if I'm happy now. Lying to get the sale only cost you customers when they figure out they have been had. \r There is a reason why all the big electronic stores are failing and this is why. If you're going to get bad customer service you may as well buy online and not deal with it. I will now start coming into car toys when I need electronics, use up there time check out merchandise and then buy it online from competing websites. more

I was recently in this location and had an amazing experience. I had spent a lot of money at the park meadows location years ago and one of the speakers was not working anymore the park meadows location told me I would have to make an appointment and come back another day. I called the Aurora location 303-743-9991 they said bring it down we will get it right in. Since it had been a couple years I figured it was out of warranty and it was going to cost me a bit to get this fixed or replaced. The amazing part was that after they diagnosed that the speaker was blown they informed me that this was one of the few speakers that had a 3 year warrant on it they got it replaced and installed the new one at no charge. While I was waiting the Store Manager happened by and checked on me. We started talking about there detail services and great phone deals. So I did end up paying them some money that day I got a Verizon phone for half what the Verizon store wanted to charge me and I had my cars head lights restored they now look brand new. I had a lot of fun with the people over there and every one was way cool. I would recommend this store to my friends and family more
