Review content:
Brought in mower for simple sharpening and bed knife. After two weeks went to pick it up; it was not done and no one had called. They said I also needed a tune up. Left it for another week to do the work. When I got the mower home, it would not run. Carburator not reconnected correctly, gasket missing. It was obvious that the mower was never test run and was repaired by a moron. The store manager told me it was a simple and minor problem. They would fix it. Obviously, the store manager believes that sloppy work is a minor problem. Since Mr. Hahn has retired and turned his business over to idiots, it will never be the same. I will go elsewhere after 30 years of going to Hahn's.
