I had an old mower that broke down and thought I would have to replace it but the people at Hahns took it and in 1 week had it running better then it had for a long time. I would definity have them fix all needed repairs of this nature. Pros: They fixed my old mower perfectly more

Brought in mower for simple sharpening and bed knife. After two weeks went to pick it up; it was not done and no one had called. They said I also needed a tune up. Left it for another week to do the work. When I got the mower home, it would not run. Carburator not reconnected correctly, gasket missing. It was obvious that the mower was never test run and was repaired by a moron. The store manager told me it was a simple and minor problem. They would fix it. Obviously, the store manager believes that sloppy work is a minor problem. Since Mr. Hahn has retired and turned his business over to idiots, it will never be the same. I will go elsewhere after 30 years of going to Hahn's. Cons: Very bad experience on a very simple job more

Strike me as completely dishonest. The issue on my mower was a part on the housing that maintains the wheel height. I ask to have it fixed on the warranty. I figured they would either replace the part or bend it to the correct shape. Either would have fixed the problem. They said they didn't know how to fix it. How do you not know how to replace a part? Cons: Everything more
