I have been living in this abomination of an apartment complex since the fall and I cannot wait until my lease runs out. The work order we turned in at the beginning of the year has never been filled or even addressed, not to mention it was a HUGE work order. The places flood and leak whenever it rains and the guest parking is terrible. There is dog feces on every inch of grass surrounding the complex. They are constantly fining for cigarette butts (that could be anyone's). It is also not as close to campus as it leads you to believe. Not a reasonable walk to class. THE RENT IS EXTREMELY HIGH. SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.
