Logan Square Apartments

I have been living in this abomination of an apartment complex since the fall and I cannot wait until my lease runs out. The work order we turned in at the beginning of the year has never been filled or even addressed, not to mention it was a HUGE work order. The places flood and leak whenever it rains and the guest parking is terrible. There is dog feces on every inch of grass surrounding the complex. They are constantly fining for cigarette butts (that could be anyone's). It is also not as close to campus as it leads you to believe. Not a reasonable walk to class. THE RENT IS EXTREMELY HIGH. SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. more

I am only staying until my lease is up then I am out of here. They have built new buildings and have not provide parking for the renters or their guest. The dog area smells awful. The new buildings flood each time it rains and every day the grass is muddy you can't walk on it. The rent is sky high and not worth it, sure internet is included but it is undependable it cuts in and out. The newly built apartments are so small, I wanted to cry when I walked into it because I was shown the older apartments which are twice the size. I have alot of friends who have rented with Logan Squares for the last 2 years and said they only reason they stayed this year was because it was their last; else wise they would have left to because the complex has gone so downhill.
