Review content:
We've ordered weekly from Granelli's in Parker for at least the last year and loved the pizza. However, the last 3-4 times the pizza has arrived very late (took and hour and a half for delivery with no call letting us know it would be that late), very over-cooked and cold. The first 2 times we let it go since the pizza has been good before and during one of the orders it had snowed earlier in the day. However, tonight we had to call and complain. I started my call with ""we love your pizza and are loyal customers but we've had some issues of late..."" I didn't even finish my sentence before the owner stated he is not in the habit of giving discounts on pizza and that I should find a new place to get pizza. Wow. I have never experienced this level of service--EVER. Granelli's was a good place but unfortunately we can't support them any longer after that level of service. If they had made it right we wouldn't have had an issue...and as long as it didn't keep happening going forward
