Recently, our A/C system went out. We've lived in our house for about 4 years now, and the a/c was installed about 2 years prior to us moving in. We called Scotts A/C. When they came out, they diagnosed the problem to be a bad compressor, which is the heart of the A/C. Told us that we should replace the entire system, and quoted us a price of nearly 5500 dollars. I wanted a second openion, and my neighbor gave me the number of the company she uses, which was Shiver Air. I called, and the next day, a service tech arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem as bad connectors on the compressor and another part, called a capasitor. He changed the connectors and the bad capasitor, and boom, its working perfectly! The bill came out to be nearly 400 dollars, but the honesty is well worth the cost. They saved me 5100 dollars! I highly Recommend them! Pros: Extremely Honest.
