Review content:
I own a electronic service company and this company absolutely impressed me. I called all over Tamps because I have a very sophisticated system. Most companies would not service my 20 year old geo-thermal system but did recommend Shiver Air. I was impressed that other shops would recommend someone else. Robert Shiver arrived on time, trouble shot the system that had multiple capacitors out of spec which he showed me on his meter (he also tested the new capacitors to show me the correct readings).after that he knew the correct pressures my system required and decreased the air conditioned vent temperature from 60 degrees to 50 degrees. (I keep a thermometer inside my vent). Robert discussed the options I have if I need to replace the system and quoted a very reasonable replacement cost which I had already received other quotes on. After a few hours I received a phone call from Shiver Air to check on the service. It has been a few days now with temperatures in the mid 90?s and my system is working as well as it was when it was brand new. Yes I am a very satisfied customer that recommends Shiver Air to anyone that is looking for a outstanding service company.
