I have live in this complex if you want to call it that...I had moved in and thee fist months rent and th people in the office was VERY nice until i found out why.....I moved in in March paid the first month rent and the sec..and i paid the prossing fee...altogethr it came out to 1,600 dollars...the next month i paid the rent ....then i got called down to the office ..and to my surprise i was told that the people in the office they had no record of me paying any of the money...and i had 2 weeks to come up with the 1,600.00 well come to find out the person who was running the place took the money and left..around 30 or more people were evicted...reason why they didn't have the proof that they paid it...when you paid the rent they will tell you don't worry about the reciept cause we have it on file...what a load of sh*t...so i moved out within 4 months
