My sister and I have shoped at Robsons for years, and the service has always been memorable, so we always returned. However starting my christmas shopping yearly, I thought great let me stop and see whats new this year at Robsons. When I walked in It wasn't as I remembered. The place seemed empty and un welcoming. There was one girl that let me in she was behind the counter(on her cell phone), once I walked to the counter shewas still laughing on her phone as I was just looking around and standing there. once she had decided that I had stood there long enough she peaked her head from around the corner "" Can I Help You"" I sais Ugh sure what's new in for christmas? She showed my some pendants and some rings, by this point I had lost my will to shop and spend money (at least at this store). I asked where is everyone at? Out to lunch? she replyed ""oh no i'm all they have today. We are short handed."" Well I hope you get some quality sales people in there because the service definitly shows( the sales girl was a blond named Elizabeth)I hope you shape it up or I won't be back.
