I have shopped at this wonderful family owned store for a few years now and have used them for something as small as changing a watch battery to picking out individual diamonds for a ring and having them mounted. The service has always been fantastic and the merchandise is top notch. I have purchased many items as well as sold old gold back to them. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and will do everything they can to get you the item you are looking for or help you pick out an item when you aren't quite sure what you want. I have never been disappointed when purchasing from Robsons and would recommend them to anyone. more

I went in to browse during my lunch break, the staff was courteous and professional. Monica was the young lady that helped me. She offered me coffee and was absolutey delightful as she showed me some of the many sales that were in the store. I didn't make a purchase this time but before I go anywhere else I will go back to Robson's to make a purchase. more

I have dealt with three other jewelry stores in Baytown since 1977 for various repairs and purchases and have always felt like i was inconveniencing them to wait on me. I tried Robsons seven years ago for a watch repair and received excellent service. The staff made me feel at home and they remembered my name the second time i came in. I have been using Robsons ever since and cant see any reason to go anywhere else, they have everything. First rate service and selection!!!!!! I prefer and recommend ROBSONS JEWELERS in Baytown more

recently visited Robsons for valentines gift for girlfriend. i had just left target and figured what the heck, i didnt know what to get anyways. from the moment i walked in i was greeted with smiling faces and positive attitude. although i was unsure what to get, the sales associate was kind and was willing to help with all my questions give great ideas. more

Sometimes the door won't let you in more

Fiance' and I stopped by in search of an engagement ring. We were greeted immediately and shown around by one of the sales ladies. She was very eager to help us find what we wanted, but not pushy. When we settled on a choice they had it re-sized within 12 minutes. I was able to take my ring home that night even though they were 30 minutes from close. I got home and realized that the ring could stand to be a tad tighter, so we returned a few days later and they fixed it for no charge in under 10 minutes. Its a beautiful ring, and I will highly recommend Robson's to family and friends. more

My sister and I have shoped at Robsons for years, and the service has always been memorable, so we always returned. However starting my christmas shopping yearly, I thought great let me stop and see whats new this year at Robsons. When I walked in It wasn't as I remembered. The place seemed empty and un welcoming. There was one girl that let me in she was behind the counter(on her cell phone), once I walked to the counter shewas still laughing on her phone as I was just looking around and standing there. once she had decided that I had stood there long enough she peaked her head from around the corner "" Can I Help You"" I sais Ugh sure what's new in for christmas? She showed my some pendants and some rings, by this point I had lost my will to shop and spend money (at least at this store). I asked where is everyone at? Out to lunch? she replyed ""oh no i'm all they have today. We are short handed."" Well I hope you get some quality sales people in there because the service definitly shows( the sales girl was a blond named Elizabeth)I hope you shape it up or I won't be back. Pros: nice jewelry Cons: new service more
