Review content:
We don t have their pool service but our neighbors do. Their pool always looks bad. But, the reason for my review is on Monday, Memorial Day we were walking across the back of our house (inside) and I noticed a flood of water coming from beneath the fence. I called for my husband to come and check it out and he discovered that the pool guy from American Pacific was backwashing the neighbors pool which included sand or DE that was being washed into our yard. It is actually illegal to backwash this way I do believe. He actually had the hose stuck under the fence to our side!! Class act company huh? My husband knocked on the fence a couple of times asking him to stop it. He finally did only after our yard had been flooded. Geez I wonder how often this happened in the course of a day! We were suprised and disappointed in knowing that they do this. | Edit |
