Okay, I wrote a review not to long ago giving Cobal only 2.5 stars plus stating that they had both good and bad service. I stated that I would change from them. Well I tried. I went to Wildblue for 3 days. I had to upgrade to their fastest package in order to get some true speed as compared to Cobalt when Cobalt was being good. Went back to Cobalt because teenagers in the house could not utilize satellite internet for online first shooter gaming plus I was having to pay double what I was paying for Cobalt. I finally got to speak with someone but it was only when I went through NEW Sales that someone responded. They said a new T1 was coming very soon to my area if not already there. I think it is. My upload and download speeds have more than doubled now. I am still not 100% satisfied yet only because I think Cobalt can be better at customer service and over all operations but in the Waller, TX/Prairie View,TX area, satellite is not the alternative if you want to game and have Voice over. I can recommend Cobalt to those who are in need of the latter type of set up. Pros: Most of the time, better than dial up and you can do gaming and voiceover Cons: Still have far too many outages and customer service is lacking
