I am a regular ULTA shopper. I love shopping there, its a great store.. but the service in Fremont is horriable. The sales people are very rude, managers are rude...i had a salon apt there for the first time and i was 4 mins late, i was told that she left because i was late.. i looked at my watch.. thinking did i miss something cause i was just 4 mins late. I think thats just bad service..No one there looks like they are happy, everyone seems to be in a bad mood and are not open to helping.
Cons: BAD customer service, employees always in bad mood..
