VERY BAD - Employee Behaviour 10/5/2009

Last month, I visited this store to buy some makeup stuff. I aksed employee to help me to know more about the 2 product differences. Mistakenly I had opened the product as not sure what was the tester's name..She said you need to buy the product which I opened. She said its xx bucks, you have to pay...and said it is damaged!!!!!!...Just open the product and damaged!!!! Is this called a customer relationship??? more

VERY BAD customer service.. NOT helpful!! 11/11/2008

I am a regular ULTA shopper. I love shopping there, its a great store.. but the service in Fremont is horriable. The sales people are very rude, managers are rude...i had a salon apt there for the first time and i was 4 mins late, i was told that she left because i was late.. i looked at my watch.. thinking did i miss something cause i was just 4 mins late. I think thats just bad service..No one there looks like they are happy, everyone seems to be in a bad mood and are not open to helping. Cons: BAD customer service, employees always in bad mood.. more
