I wish I'd listened to the bad review on this page. In the 9 months since we hired them, they reduced our building's occupancy from 95% to 40%, they brought in only ONE new tenant, they refused to do any real marketing but stuck with the same old things they'd always done (sign, ad) even though we gave them some great ideas that worked elsewhere. The woman who ran the place really alienated some of the tenants. One of them filed a complaint against her (Dolores Brown) with the Fair Housing council in Toledo, which is investigating. So in 9 months they reduced the actual value of this one building by $100,000. This is the worst experience ever with a property management company. They refused to pursue having Section 8 clients in there because they didn't like them, whereas other owners had told me good things about these tenants. The prior owner gave us strong suggestions about things like bill collection, etc., which they refused to follow, so their collections went from $4800 to $950+/- a month!!! They purport to ""care"" about their owners, but in truth make sure you don't ask them ANY questions about how they do things. They take that as an insult, which is absurd. Our experience should tell you a lot about whether they can give you good service or not. The answer is: No! Good luck! Cons: unfriendly to tenants; zero marketing skills, unresponsive
