I have raised a family of sushi experts, and for us, it's Blue Ginko or nada! The crisp, clean atmosphere facilitates confidence in freshness, a must for me with sushi. Both the sashimi and sushi slices are perfectly generous. They all know us, they know to give my husband extra wasabi, me extra ginger and my son extra unagi sauce. Seriously, we are there every week and have NEVER had a bad experience. Thanks for coming to Lafayette!
