My boyfriend and I ate here with my boyfriend's boss and his wife on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2008. We arrived around 7:30 and requested a table outside. There were no tables available outside and the hostess said it would be about 30 minutes so we decided to wait at the bar. I should mention that there was NO ONE seated inside at the time, so it would have been easy to sit inside at that time. Forty-five minutes later, the same hostess came and sat us INSIDE. Discreetly, I walked back up to the hostess stand to ask her why she had not seated us outside as we had requested. She said she didn't know we wanted to be seated outside and we would have to now wait longer if we wanted to sit outside. She was EXTREMELY rude about the whole situation, and very clearly has no business being in the food service industry. If I were the manager, I would let her go before he/she loses more customers. I am not one to complain about restaurant experiences, but we eat out at Atlanta restaurants all of the time, and this experience definitely stands out as one of the worst experiences I have had. The service at the table was bad too. They brought us the wrong food, and it was very, very slow. I have been a Noche fan for a few years now, but I will not go back after this experience.
