Tapas and Mojitos Oh My! 1/24/2006

This has been a favorite since my first experience. I'm a food sharer so tapas are my ideal meal. In case you're not familiar, tapas are small samplings of dishes or "snacks." To have tapas for a meal, you get several and share. Noche has a great menu with a variety of eclectic choices, along with some rotating specials (I once remember prosciutto wrapped asparagus.) They range from $3-8 approx. each. They have a variety of bar drinks and also a surprisingly good selection of hot teas if you're not a drinker. Lunch service is great as they are not as busy, but expect a wait and slower service on the weekend nights. more

Monday nights rule at Noche! 8/15/2005

Noche is located in Va-Hi, on the corner of Virginia Ave. and N. Highland. It is a great little tappas place that has a good menu. Everything I have had I have really enjoyed. Perhaps the best part about Noche, however, is their All-you-can-eat Tappas on Monday nights for ony $10. This is a standing dinner date with my girlfriends....typically the tapas they include in the deal are not their best ones, but they are still yummy and they change every week. They also have $3 margarittas on Mondays. This is a popular event, though, so I would recommend reservations! more

Tapas place 8/5/2005

If you like tapas and wine then this is the resturant for you. I dinned there not too long ago and had an amazing time with my boyfriend. We got several tapas to share and when the food came out I couldn't beleive how much we ordered. Between the two of us i think that we had 6 tapas and a bottle of wine and that was plenty. They have $20 bottles of wine on a daily basis and offer the most amazing selections. The restaurant is very small and the wait can sometimes get really long. They do not accept reservation in advance but I beleive that you can call ahead and put your name on the list of you're on your way. The restaurant overlook virginia highland area and is a perfect place to have a nice saturday night meal/ more
