Review content:
We had an ok experience with this company until our hot tub was out of warranty. It started leaking and they told me that it costs $300 to lift the tub and $300 to lower it to fix the problem. They also said that it will cost me $500 to remove the hot tub. They never mentioned that they had a tub trade-in program and that my top of the line hot tub ($8K new) still has a lot of value in it. I found out that I can trade it in from other companies that I started calling thinking of buying a replacement. Finally, I called Crystal Pools and they offered to take a look to give me a second opinion. They fixed the leak for $160.00 and never had to lift it. In fact, they told me that lifting is almost never required.
