My Mom and I were really treated like gold when we came in for my appointment to look for a wedding gown. We were helped by Heather, who was wonderful -- helpful, friendly, able to juggle us and a few walk-in folks with grace, and who listened really well to what I did and didn't like with each dress I tried on. The other employees we met were friendly and helpful, too, and all the products I saw were sturdily-made (and I used to be a seamstress, so I could tell). We were given some great discounts, and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience.
