Avoid at all cost..... I spent 1500 on a wedding dress that was not even steamed they were not helpful at all. I could afford to go about anywhere i wanted I wish i had chosen better. If you can afford it go some place other then here. more

Great experience 2/28/2011

My Mom and I were really treated like gold when we came in for my appointment to look for a wedding gown. We were helped by Heather, who was wonderful -- helpful, friendly, able to juggle us and a few walk-in folks with grace, and who listened really well to what I did and didn't like with each dress I tried on. The other employees we met were friendly and helpful, too, and all the products I saw were sturdily-made (and I used to be a seamstress, so I could tell). We were given some great discounts, and I couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. more

WORST SERVICE EVER! 9/28/2007

Please if you are looking for a dress do not buy at Davids Bridal, our experience was horrible. I am a wedding consultant, and brought one of my brides is who is getting married in less than 4 weeks, Stephanie Dickerson is the most rude MANAGER that I have ever seen. As a business owner one of your duties is to make EVERY customer feel important . We did not know that you had to have an appointment to even try a dress on. I had two other brides that walked in , did not have a consultants help, and purchased a dress that same day. Stephanie Dickerson asked us if she could get us a phone # so we could go to another bridal store. We said no, but went to National Bridal Mart, we found a wedding dress and both bridesmaid dress in one day and all for $475.00!!!! So Davids Bridal has a very Rude MANAGER and I think she needs some lessons in manorism! I will NEVER recommend Davids Bridal to any of my clients again!
