Review content:
The men did an excellent job working on my carpets getting out dog stains and track marks up. There is still a little staining left, but I don't think it would have come up anyway. And the carpet looks so much better. The only time I felt uncomfortable or offended was when I was asked how long we had lived here and if it was the original carpet (it isn't) and was told that I should have the carpet cleaned more than every 3 or 4 years. The fact that I have it cleaned every year made it seem like we don't take care of things. No one knows just what happens in someone else's household or what burdens or hardships one has.
