Chris and Tom are very nice people, but I am disappointed with the results. The spots that should have been removed are coming back up. It seems as though all that took place was a huge soaking. We put three fans on the carpet and it took 12-14 hours for it to dry. I have never had that experience -- it is as though there was some malfunction in the equipment. I had hoped that Coyote would be my new "go to" carpet cleaning company, but that will not be the case. In fact, and most unfortunately, this was probably the worst carpet cleaning result I have ever had. I will turn to a different company....
