I recently made it a point to expand my palette and try different cuisine from around the world. I had always been a bit skeptical of Indian cuisine due to the drastic differences in the spices. A co-worker introduced me to Aman and I was pleasantly surprised. The menu has a vast array of choices and if you cannot decide on your own, just ask the owner and he will be more than happy to make a few recommendations based on a few basic questions. Even if you are a person that cannot stomach spicy food, there is something at Aman for you. Outstanding food, exceptional service, pleasing prices.
