I posted the following on a different site as well because I feel I need to get the word out about RHRC: This is to anyone that is considering this facility for their family member...I strongly urge you to look to other facilities that would provide the utmost care for your member. This facility is notorious for stealing from the patients, not only personal items of value, but also food. (i.e. they take food off the plates during dinner time to feed themselves). I visited the facility, and all I heard all night were patients screaming at the top of their lungs for help, and all the staff ignored them. The staff leave several patients (for days) with soiled clothes. They refuse to change them. And if this wasn't enough, for the past several months, the med aids have given patients incorrect medications because they are confused on which patient should receive the meds. On weekends, forget about getting medications. If the appropriate staff member does not show up to work, nobody gets any medication because they claim the med room is locked up and there is only one key.
