Not sure what child care the previous poster is talking about but I am a former employee of the Independance location and it is nothing like the previous poster says it is. She must be a really good friend of the owner or she is getting some sort of tuition discount for this review that the OWNER asked her to post! Its bad enough that there are too many kids with one teacher and the teachers have to find their own ways to come up with a decent creative curriculum! Granted they had a curriculum available on site but whoever came up with that joke of a curriculum obviously doesn't have a degree in Early Childhood Education! The staff are treated like crap, we get no raises, and we are lucky to get approved for a personal day off! Oh and God forbid if you have a lot of over time too! This owner is a money hungry witch! She doesn't care about the kids she care about the $$ she brings in from your children! She treats employees like crap and forgets employee's names on top of that! Trust me I quit this place and went to another high quality child care center. Just because the building looks all nice and flashy don't let the looks deceive you!
