Review content:
If you have long/thick/challenging hair, this is not the right place for yo; You're better off going to a more seasoned, experienced professional. I went in for a color and haircut and I knew my hair would be a challenge so I specifically requested a ""senior"" student. I believe she tried her best, but in the end it proved to be to much of a challenge for her and although the color was great the haircut was less than flattering. I interacted with two very different supervisors, one was very friendly and personable, the other was an angry drill sergeant. As with any large operation, the skill set and personalities of the students and supervisors is going to vary from very good to bad.
Pros: Economical
Cons: Not suited for long/thick hair
