So now we have a nicely located Ethiopian restaurant with great atmosphere in SF. The food is great, the location is at the Fillmore Center Apts, just south of Geary, so it's still nicely located near other restaurants, and not in the dodgy part. They have a comfy waiting area with a fireplace for a drink or if you have to wait for a table. The dining area isn't huge, but they had a group of 20 when we went, and it was comfortable. LIVE PIANO! That was actually nice. And they have a full bar with seating. I had been craving Ethiopian for some time, yes, craving Ethiopian food. I don't know why that sounded funny together. Anyway, I don't like ""dive"" style restaurants, so this was just the ticket. I will definitely only go back there whenever I want Ethiopian. Pros: Food, live music, interior lighting/decoration, fireplace, lounge area and a bar. Cons: Two small plasma televisions in the dining area, what is that about? I want those special little ethiopian style tables and chairs!
