TMY: I am sorry that you did not have a good experience at our Kennett location. We often replace drain plugs that are worn out, which definitely happens. Although most shops charge you for this, we do it for free. It sounds like we did offer for you to come back so we could help you with it which is really the best way to handle a situation like this. Come back in and let us help. That is how issues are resolved.
