I've been coming to Bluwater for the past 3 or so years for business and some late-night cocktails. Don't miss the dowtown/lake location either, it is a lot of fun. Leschi has some of the best service I have had. The brunette day bartender is great and late night there is a little guy behind the bar that seems to run the place. He waited on us for our last visit and we had a great time. The food is good and not too much $$. Try happy hour clams! Worth a visit for sure. A Seattle icon.
