Review content:
We had breakfast at Bluewater Leschi Cafe Sunday. Nice location with a good view. I ordered The Prime Sirloin and Eggs. I confirmed with the server that the menu meant USDA Prime. The steak arrived and I am extremely skeptical of the ""Prime"" designation as described on the menu. At best the steak was average without the marbling or flavor of USDA Prime. I inquired after the meal and the server said she would check with the Chef. When she returned, I inquired again. I was told the chef relayed that they had an agreement with their meat purveyor and were to get Prime. Was the meat packaging labeled or branded? Guess not. Maybe time for a new meat source or re print the menu. Otherwise, go for the view and average food.
