i had issues with my plasma tv a couple weeks ago and this was the only authorized service center for samsung in my area. i had the tv screen replaced, which i waited for a couple of days until they shipped the part to the technician that was coming to fix my tv. i had to wait a couple days for that, but once the guy came out he worked quickly and was able to explain what had happen to my tv, because the person i set up my appt didnt really know. but great service overall in my opinion.
