Rec'd from Samsung an extended warranty ref the repair on me tv for a specific part they said was faulty. They referred me to Lakes Electronics to get the TV fixed at Samsung cost. However, when Lakes called me to set up the appt they said they would have to charge $95 for service call. This is ridiculous. Had to call Samsung again. They called Lakes Electronics. I then rec'd another call from Lakes' Asst Manager who told me that the specific part and service being approved by Samsung HDQ would not fix my tv. Therefore, i needed to pay for the service call, plus labor and parts! I had to call Samsung again. They called Lakes Electronic. They finally agreed to wave the service call fee and cost of all parts, but I would be responsible for labor. This is a big scam! Check the company out via BBB.
