I don?t have the courage to detail the death of my best friend. It is not an issue of whether or not medication would have helped. It?s the unprofessionalism of vet . Two days before my best friend died my wife and I visited the clinic. We agonizingly gave an account of his condition. We were asking for help. What we got was the assurance the vet would contact us. That day, no one called. The next day, the last day of my best friend?s life, my wife returned to the clinic. Again, asking for help. More assurances were made. Still no response. We spent two nights with him on the floor at the Emergency Hospital who did what they could but continually encouraging us to consult our vet. NERO 01/16/2003 ? 08/28/2011 Negligence - the failure to exercise that degree of care that, in the circumstances, the law requires for the protection of other persons or those interests of other persons that may be injuriously affected by the want of such care. Indifference - without interest or concern; not caring; apathetic. Unprofessionalism - not professional; not pertaining to or characteristic of a profession. not befitting members of a profession. At the very least this vet was Unprofessional.
