Review content:
Pat's washed my car today, and skinned a lot of paint off of my driver-front hubcap.
I notified the manager on duty, and he first came and used his fingernail to scrape off all of the paint remnants that had been scraped off of the hubcap. At that time he said ""This rim has been curbed"". I told him that this was not true.
He then stated that he would get the owner. After a few minutes, he reappeared, and stated that ""the help"" had notified him that the hubcap was already damaged. I advised him that this simply was not true. The damage was brand new, and he knew it.
He returned a few minutes later with the owner, who walked around the car, and stated ""Well, this car's got some other scratches. I'm glad you think enough of it to wash it, but that was existing damage""
I told the owner that this was not true, and that the damage was brand new. He then cussed at me, and told me that he wasn't going to argue with me.
Do not take your car to Pat's.
Pros: Skilled at hostility, profanity and denial.
Cons: You may have your vehicle damaged by the equipment.
