Review content:
After agreeing to a deal with this dealership in writing, they did not honor the deal. Their finance manager wanted to rewrite the deal, and was TOTALLY OBNOXIOUS and DISPARAGING towards my wife and myself. I have never seen so much rudeness in my life. I have also never seen a dealership allow one of their employees to ""brow beat"" the customer, and then be rude beyond belief. THIS DEALERSHIP IS DISREPUTABLE - and their employees lack common courtesy and any specter of honor. I suggest you drive up to Georgia and buy your vehicle there instead of at Legacy. By the way, I was quoted hundreds less in Georgia on the same car - and was treated like a valued customer. Rude is not a way to go through life, although it seems to fit how the finance person in Tallahassee behaves.
