This was the absolutely worst establishment I have ever been to. Period.
I ordered a bridesmaid dress from this store in early April and was told by the staff at that time that I would have the dress ""months"" before the wedding. Come July when I still hadn't heard from them I called and asked for the status. Not only did the lady on the phone yell AT ME for asking her for a date, but accused me of ordering it late! Even though I had specifically asked if any rush shipment would be required. She told be at that time that the dress would be in by Aug. 27/28 for a Sept. wedding. I called back on Aug. 27 and was told that it would definitely be in by Aug 28th. I called Aug. 28th and was told it wouldn't be in until next week! Not only did she deny having told me that it would be in, but she can not actually give be a DATE because ""the manufacturer doesn't give them a date, so how could she give me a date?"" Seriously? That is your job!
At this point it is 2 weeks before the wedding, it will still have to be altered, and I have no faith that the dress will actually be here in time.
For your own sanity - avoid this place no matter what!
