Review content:
Some of the negative reviews of this place sound like a load of horse sh*t. I moved to Decatur not long ago, and wanted to find someplace closer to my house than where I'd been going. They gave me a tour, took their time, and answered all my questions. The first day, they slowly worked my dogs in with the other dogs to observe their behavior. And since day one, my dogs have loved this place. As soon as we get to the parking lot, they go nuts, something one of my dogs has never done before. They drag me up the steps, and run up to the owner and jump on him as soon as we get in the door like they haven't seen him in a week. If he's somebody that doesn't like dogs, he sure has me fooled. And regarding some of the rude comments about the owner, which were totally unnecessary, you sound like a bunch of precious jerks who've grown too accustomed to getting your butts kissed. Pros: The facility, the outdoor area, the staff Cons: Occasional issues with computer and paying
