It is a shame that Minella's spent so much money on renovations, because it is a complete waste due to the messiness of the establishment. My husband and I went there for breakfast and we were sat at a table that had just been cleared off with a dirty wash rag. The table was still wet when we sat down and not only around our table, but all over the carpet there were crumbs and food on the floor. You basically loose your appetite and you think if this is what the place looks like where they serve the customers, the kitchen must be worse. The waiter (a male in his mid to late 30's) was a real smart alec when we asked for butter, he said 'didn't she already butter your toast'. We said we didn't think it was buttered and would like to get some butter for our toast. His response was, ""look the toast looks soft, so it was buttered already"" and then added ""you don't get out much do you"". While Minella's is convenient and the food comes out quick, this is the last time we will ever go there. In fact, the Board of Health needs to go there to see how messy this place is. There are definitely many other places to go other than this place, where it is clean and relaxing.
