I cant say how much I enjoy this place. I come with my husband and cant say enough good things about this diner. We dine at the diner atleast twice a week and always have something new to try between the specials or the extensive menu. We really enjoy the young staff and how friendly they are. I usually go once or twice durring the week with my wife and kids and am always greeted with a smile. The food is great, but i have to admit I like it there because I always see someone from my synagogue or from the kids school. It seems like the place to be. more

Minella's is great for when you just want to stop and have some good eats. I'm from jersey and have been to -planty of diners, and none of them compare to Minellas. From the deserts, to the great staff, and the clean friendly atmosphere, I can't help but keep coming back! The weekends can be a little hectic for breakfast, but its definitely worth the wait. Huge pancakes, giant french toast slices, eggs cooked just the way I like, I love it! During the week they have great dinner specials, which are moderately priced and come with a soup and salad, and the most amazing cheesebread. I HIGHLY recommend Minella's. It is a shame that Minella's spent so much money on renovations, because it is a complete waste due to the messiness of the establishment. My husband and I went there for breakfast and we were sat at a table that had just been cleared off with a dirty wash rag. The table was still wet when we sat down and not only around our table, but all over the carpet there were crumbs and food on the floor. You basically loose your appetite and you think if this is what the place looks like where they serve the customers, the kitchen must be worse. The waiter (a male in his mid to late 30's) was a real smart alec when we asked for butter, he said 'didn't she already butter your toast'. We said we didn't think it was buttered and would like to get some butter for our toast. His response was, ""look the toast looks soft, so it was buttered already"" and then added ""you don't get out much do you"". While Minella's is convenient and the food comes out quick, this is the last time we will ever go there. In fact, the Board of Health needs to go there to see how messy this place is. There are definitely many other places to go other than this place, where it is clean and relaxing. Pros: Food comes out fast Cons: Very dirty, food all over rug more

They have a range of food---- from cheesestaks to T-Bone steaks. They have a kids menu. If you were there in years past--- go again it has chages management and is much better than the old one. Do not skip the deserts. They have a wide range of deserts-- My favorite is the banana cream pie---Yumm. In the afternoon itis crowded just to get in but you are seated 5-10 minutes at any rate. Good sized potions-- usualy I need a box and I have a good appitite. It has like a 60 car parking lot but it is still hard to find a space. Minella's is the local diner in this stretch of Lancaster Ave. The food is standard diner fare at Main Line prices. I must say that the place is kept squeaky clean. Avoid when there is a horse show in Devon; the wait gets very long. Bear in mind that after 9:00 PM smoking is permitted in parts of the restaurant, so you may be in non-smoking at 8:30 and find yourself next to a table of smokers at 9:00. more
